Who put my room on here

Somebody reading your room installed the Alertsify Signal app on their own Discord account, right-clicked one of your alerts, and chose to track it. That tap is what creates a record. Nothing else does.

They did not need an Alertsify account to do it, and you were never asked to install anything, because nothing was installed in your server. The app lives on the individual member’s account, put there by them, for their own use.

Are you scraping my server

• There is no bot in your server.
  Alertsify does not join Discord servers to read them. There is nothing of ours sitting in your channels, and removing a bot is not a thing you need to do because there is none to remove.
• No message history is read.
  We cannot read your channel, past or present. We have no listener, no subscription and no crawler pointed at Discord.
• One message arrives, at the moment somebody submits it.
  When a member uses the message command on an alert, Discord itself delivers that single message to us, then. No other message in your server is transmitted, and nothing is transmitted at any other time — including when that member is idle, offline, or reading.
• It is the member’s action, on content they were already reading.
  They are a person you admitted to your room, looking at a message you posted to them. What they do with it afterwards is their conduct, and our Terms put the obligation on them: they must have lawful access to the place they tracked it from, they may not circumvent a paywall or a ban to reach it, and they may not use a bot or relay to submit alerts.

If you believe a specific person is breaking that rule — relaying your room with automation, or tracking after you removed them — tell us and we will act on it. Repeat offenders lose their accounts under the policy at alertsify.com/dmca.

What is published, and what never is

Published. The contract an alert named, the time it was posted, the room and account it came from, the prices the market printed for that contract, and the result once the position is closed. Totals for the room built out of those alerts.

Never published. Your text, your analysis, your commentary, your screenshots, your reasoning. Which of your members tracked or executed anything. Which of your alerts were excluded from the record and why. We keep the alert’s text so that a dispute about a figure can be settled against what it actually said, and it is not shown to anyone outside Alertsify.

An open position is shown as open and carries no result. Money still in a trade is capital at risk — never a loss and never a gain — so nothing is published about it until it is over.

Two records sit on the board and they are never added together. One is real broker fills, in the accounts of members who took the alert themselves — those are followers’ trades and are never described as yours. The other is a mark: the contract priced off the option chain at a fixed size, whether or not anybody traded it. Neither is a claim about what you personally made, and nothing on the board asserts your size, your trims or your scale-outs, because a message does not contain them. Can I have it taken down

Records of closed trades are generated from market data and member activity. They are not edited, hidden, reordered or removed at the request of the person or community that posted the underlying alert — and claiming the page does not change that. A record that comes down when its subject asks is not a record, and it would be worth nothing to the person reading it.

That is the answer to removal, and it is the only unwelcome one on this page. Everything below is genuinely open to you.

• A figure that is wrong gets fixed.
  Every published number drills down to the prices it came from. Say which alert and which price at Report a figure — it goes to a queue that gets answered, we show you how the figure was calculated, and if the calculation was wrong we correct it. This is by a wide margin the fastest route, and it is the one most owners actually want.
• You can put your name on the page.
  Claim it by proving on Discord that you own the server. You get a verified marker, your tagline and your link on the page. It does not change what is recorded, and it does not let you edit or delete an alert — we say so on the claim screen too, before you start.
• A legal notice is answered as a legal notice.
  If you hold a copyright claim, a trademark claim, or a right under privacy law, the procedure and the address are at alertsify.com/dmca. One address, answered in writing by one person. Section 4 of that page explains what is preserved when a notice arrives. Nothing on this page limits a right you have by law.

What claiming gets you

• A verified marker, your tagline, your link.
  The page stops being about an unnamed server and starts being about you, with somewhere for a reader to go.
• A public reply on any trade.
  A reply is additive. It sits alongside the record and does not alter or suppress it — that is the whole point of it being a reply.
• Your members’ execution activity on your alerts.
  Members who connect a broker and execute your room’s alerts agree that their activity and results on those alerts may be shown to you once you have claimed the page. They can see exactly what you see about them. You never see their credentials, account numbers, balances, buying power, or anything they did that was not one of your alerts.
• No editing, no removal, no reordering.
  Not of an alert, not of a figure, not of the order rooms appear in. Nothing on the board is ranked in the first place — the default order is most-evidenced-first, which is not the same as best.

Small print worth knowing

• Tracking after 5 minutes does not count toward you.
  An alert tracked inside that window is priced from the moment you posted it. Anything later is priced from the moment it was tapped and stays in that person’s own list only. The window exists so nobody can wait for a contract to double and then track it at your original price.
• Your own taps never count toward your own room.
  Matched on the Discord user id, which cannot be changed the way a display name can. A room cannot move its own numbers.
• Under three finished alerts there is no percentage at all.
  A count is shown and no average. Two results are not a record, and printing one anyway invites the reader to over-read it.
• A mark is not a fill.
  A mark is priced off the chain at a moment and carries no slippage; a real order in a thin contract still moves it. The limit is stated on the methodology page as plainly as the strengths.

Where to write

• A number looks wrong.
  Report a figure. A form on a queue, not an inbox.
• A formal or legal notice.
  alertsify.com/dmca, which has the procedure and the address. Sending it by direct message or a social post instead means it may not reach anyone who can act on it.
• Anything else.
